Refund & Cancellation Policy

At World Trove, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products and service. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@worldtrove.online with your order number.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then request a return (see Return Policy below).

Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used headphones (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@worldtrove.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error: We cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference: Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You may return the product and place a new order.
